Summit Award for Distinguished Service Provider – Presented to the organization found most deserving based on the following criteria:

• Implementation of innovative services and programs for pet families within a community or sector of the industry.
• Evidence of merit may include program description and measurement of achievement to program goals; and may also include media reports and peer recognition.
• Organizations within all four sectors of the industry are eligible for this award
