Summit Award for Community Collaboration – Presented to the organizations [two or more] in a community found most deserving based on the following criteria:

• Implementation of programs, codes of conduct, legislative framework, or best practices that are delivered in a collaborative manner across multiple sectors of the industry to improve the levels of service and care provided to animals and people in a community.
• Evidence of merit may include program descriptions, media reports, measurements of achievement for program goals; and may also include media samples and/or peer recognition.
• Two or more organizations collaborating across any of the four sectors of the industry, together with any other participants that support programs in the value chain, are eligible for this award and must be nominated jointly.
